Mirkotik Cloud IP propagation issue

Hello, we are having issues on two locations where MirkoTik Cloud IP doesn’t seem to point correctly to the IP.

I have checked propagation, and indeed most all DNS servers seem not propagation MikroTik dynamic DNS.

What can I do to fix this?

All routers we have are on latest LT firmware 6.47.10

I am having the same issue with all my clients routers of various models. RB3011, RB951, RBhAPac2. RB941…
Cloud DDNS enabled and states updated, however the address cannot be found via ping nor traceroute.
All units on ROS 6.48.3 except for two test units on 6.48.4
6.48.3 has been very stable for months so it is unlikely to be a ROS version issue.

This indicates an issue with the Cloud service but no announcement topic by Mikrotik support as yet.

I wrote MikroTik regarding this issue but still got no reply.

Last night propagation seems to be working OK. I checked with https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/ and the hosts worked. It was down again by morning.

We are working to fix it ASAP, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We are letting you know that the support team is aware of this situation and there is no need to create and send extra reports based on IP cloud issues at the moment.
