Missing CAPsMAN Menu Button in Winbox?

Hello,

I’m trying to set up CAPsMAN on my router, but I can’t find the menu button in Winbox. I’m quite puzzled by this situation. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

I reset the router configuration to default settings.
I did a web search (though I might have missed the answer if it’s out there).
I checked WebFig to see if the menu item was disabled, but it’s not there either.
I downloaded ARM64 Extra packages to potentially install the wireless-cm2 package. However, I couldn’t find it in the zip. Is this package available from a different source? Or is wifiwave2 the replacement for this package?
I also ran the command /interface/wifiwave2/capsman set enabled=yes interfaces=bridgeWiFi, and the print output confirms that it’s enabled with certificates.
My router’s board name is hAP ax^3, and here are the installed packages:

On a serious note:
upgrade from 7.8 to latest 7.11.

For me personally, 7.9 was the WORST version related to wifiwave2.
7.8 did not have caps default setting, so at least 7.9 was to be used. But because of wifi issues, jump to at least 7.10.
And looking at the change list for 7.11, there is a pretty extensive list of corrections/improvements related to wifiwave2 coming from 7.10, so …
