Missing Country and 5GHz Frequencies on hAP ac lite [Solved]

If this has been asked and answered forgive me. I was unable to find it here.

I have an older hAP ac lite US model. It is missing ‘united states’ from the country drop down list. There are only 2 choices available - ‘canada2’ and ‘united states3’. 5GHz only has 5180 thru 5240 available, no upper band or DFS at all. 2.4 GHz seems fine. Upgrading to the latest firmware, 6.48.4 doesn’t not add alternatve US or Canada options. I have seen multiple ‘united states’ options is hAP ac2’s - ‘united states’, ‘united states2’, ‘united states3’.

Is there a method to correct this situation? Has anyone else experienced this? It’s it a limitation of the router itself? The ‘factory firmware’ in system > routerboard is 3.41 (2018-2019ish?).

> system routerboard print
       routerboard: yes
        board-name: hAP ac lite
             model: RB952Ui-5ac2nD
     serial-number:
     firmware-type: qca9531L
  factory-firmware: 3.41
  current-firmware: 6.48.4
  upgrade-firmware: 6.48.4

Changing installation from ‘indoor’ to ‘any’ seems to solve the 5GHz upper band missing frequency problem, but still only 2 country choices as stated above.

The US models are locked as imposed from FCC if MikroTik want sale his product on USA (like all other vendors).
Are not unlockable.

Complain the FCC.
