Hello good day to all, i’m using RB450g with latest version 5.21, my problem is i was not able to login in winbox due to missing routeros winbox plugins. how to deal with this error?

On your computer, delete %appdata%\mikrotik and try again.
Delete all subfolders from ‘%appdata%\mikrotik\winbox’ but don’t delete ‘winbox.cfg’ file.

What happens if you try it from a different computer? Does it work from a different computer?
the same did not work and i can not access any more it beeps only once.
