I need help to set pcq in queue tree.
How if I set 10 clients limit-at=102k and max-limit=1024kbps with parent set kind=pcq max-limit=1024kbps?
Will my client get 1Mbps when no one use the connection and if 10 clients online they will get 102kbps each? How if 1 clients download a file?
Or I must set it with burst?
