MK radio not responding to ping when it is powered up

I have a device (mikrotik radio) that is up and passing traffic but dude probe ping will not ‘see it’.

Probe is set to watch for service ping. probe intervals of 5sec, 2sec timeout and 1 down count and a 3min, 1min, and 1 timeout setting have been tried. I have also tried other services such as smtp and http but dude never reports the radio as anything but down.
I also can’t winbox in from dude. If I go to the radio and plug in locally I can winbox in.

I have numerous other MK radios monitored with dude that work fine.

Do I need to specify the probe port? I haven’t had to before. It is currently blank. (double click on device, service tab, double click on the service in the list then general tab)

Should the agent be default or server (same place) currently in default as my other radios are.

Looking to the MK radio… Did I miss some setup config on the MK radio on this one? I think that as I can’t ping this radio from the command line of the dude server leading me to think the issue might be at the radio end. Other radios ping fine.

First radio I’ve had this trouble with.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Obviously - there are no route from your wrkstn to the IP you try to connect

Yup. My apology for not posting back but that’s exactly what it was. An incorrectly configured route. Many thanks.
