Goodmorning everyone,
I am desperate … it has never happened to me before, I have been looking for the problem for 48 consecutive hours …

This is my DNS in MKT:
1.1.1.2 - 1.0.0.2
MKT is DHCP for LAN 192.168.110.0/24
MKT IP is 192.168.110.1

DC 2K19 is 192.168.110.3
255.255.255.0
192.168.110.1 Gateway

Primary DNS 192.168.110. 3
DNS secondary 0.0.0.0

In the DNS zone of the DC I have only added the forwarder 192.168.110.1

I’m trying to join a W10 VM (yet to be activated in Evaluation time) to the domain … the error is always the same:

does not find any domain …

PLEASE … please …

Check DNS settings in DHCP server’s network section … it should be set to DC’s IP address, otherwise AD won’t work … furthermore, AD works better if DC also serves as DHCP server, that way clients get integrated to LAN better (e.g. adding DNS records with client’s FQDN and dynamic IP address).

This is DNS where? In IP → DHCP server → Networks? Or in IP → DNS? If only in first, clients never will use AD DNS for resolution.
