I just bought a new Chateau 5G Device and joined to the Mikrotik Community
So I’m Completely New to this Platform … sorry for dummy questions
To start I wanted to check if the Device i have is exactly the Chateau 5G and not LTE12 Version
So whenever i get its about LTE interface and not 5G interface … even when i put SimCard in it
So i get to the System => RouterBoard => Model
its “”" D53G-5HacD2HnD “”“”" this but Both LTE12 and 5G version has the same Model !!!
How can i be sure that i have 5G version … Anywhere to show the Complete Model number like the thing in the site for the Product Code : “”“”" D53G-5HacD2HnD-TC&RG502Q-EA “”“”“”
i cant even see any 5G sign in any configs to be sure about it! even in bands i just have the Following Options!!!
as it is Obvious i do not have any 5G SA/NSA bands like 77 78 79!
I can i also see serial Number “E7F50EB1C19E” but where Can i check it to see if it is the Right Model Delivered to me? like the thing we have in Apple Devices!
