I’ve LtAP LTE6 kit (RBLtAP-2HnD), after upgrading to 7.0beta5 (from 6.47beta60) LTE interface disappeared (typing any command on lte1 it reports “no such item”). I added LTE to topics, but there is nothing about LTE in logs. After downgrading to 6.47beta60 everything is okay. I upgraded modem firmware to latest version (025).
you should be sure that System / Routerboard / Modem → port is auto, not serial.

Sorry, no more idea what to do.
I know about problems with stable release like this: http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/dead-port-sim-for-lte1-on-ltap/139352/1 but you not show the mtu of module, I cannot compare that is similar or not problems.
ROS7beta have got still many mistery inside.
I printed interfaces on 6.47beta60:
IMO MTU is not a problem, because I don’t have “lte1” in interfaces on 7.0b5 (module is not visible, in logs there is empty, so maybe the R11e-LTE6 driver is not working).
You can only write to support@mikrotik.com because at forum we not have how give you any support more.
Ok, I wrote and received reply from support:
This issue is already fixed and the fix will be added to the next RouterOS v7 release.
So, I think we could close this thread.
I was doing some tests and face same issues.
The question is when will be issued next version/build
