Modify User Manager Template

Please excuse me if my question is simple.
I am editing the umfiles “signup” template. (userman)
And I want to add these new fields

Select Upal Student Student _transfer New Student The question is if you can help me to be able to retrieve these new fields that I am entering in the reports that the userman generates.

If there is something wrong or can you help me correct it I would be very grateful.
