Monitor Firewall Filter Rule

Hello, Need Your Help i’m newbiew using mikrotik

I have RB 1100 with os 5.16, I make Filter on firewall to block some pc and Access point client to connect on my LAN ( BASE ON THEIR MAC ADDRESS) , and i block some web that can not be accessed from my LAN , and the question is :

  • How can i Know the filter rules I make was success On winbox and console ???

  • could you please explain to me what is the meaning of the picture I marked with the red box ?? ( I attach The Pic )
