monitor nodes inside MT

I have a network with a MT and several access points witn fixed IP in the eth1. eth0 is connected to internet.

I want to ping the access points but I cannot, because I have enabled the universal and the fixed IP of the access points are translated to other Ip as it were a hotspot client.

How can I take out from the universal the access points ?

I have tried it but it continues doing the same.

I put the IP I want to have but it’s the same.
