Hi guys, has anybody successfully monitored the queue length for Postfix mail server with the Dude ?? care to share your methods ?
We monitor SMTP etc, but need to watch our queues as sometimes our AV plugins have a problem and SMTP is working fine but we aren’t getting mail delivery happening.

If the Postfix server dosesn’t populate SNMP directly maybe you can get an add-on that will??
Just run a complete SNMP walk on the server and search for queue. and see if it correlates with the queue length of your mail server??
The standard stuff… I don’t have a Postfix server for testing.
