Am I missing something or is there an easy way in Winbox or any other utility for that matter that can help me with seeing the traffic per CPE/Registration from the AP. What I mean is that we are using AP Bridge and Station WDS for our setup an when each CPE registers it creates a WDS interface under WLAN1, when I go to the interfaces I can see each of them and how much they are transmitting and receiving at that time in real time, but how can I either determiner what registered radio belongs to what WDS interface or how can I see the traffic like in the interface screen beside the registration lines?
I just want to find away to easily see traffic and where it is going through the AP.
Each CPE has their own mac address. You will find the mac address in the registration table and also when you double click on any wds interface (in the wds tab). You need to know which mac belongs to which cpe. Then you can set up your own wds interfaces in the interfaces menu and give them any name. The advantage of a manually added wds interface is that it will not disappear from the interface list when the cpe disconnects, but you will still be able see the connection status. You can also easily monitor traffic or connection uptime via snmp for each manually created wds interface - without the risk that the cpe will ever reconnect with a different wds inteface name. Hope this helps.
