monitor traffic

hello people,

i am new to mikrotik, please bare with me. i have users teams video calls that drops every time they go on a video call. i tried everything with microsoft and all that windows stuff but nothing seems to work. i’m moving to the network side of it.
can you help me monitor this ? i have a RouterOS v6.48.1 ( Stable )
for example, how can i monitor the traffic from that specific IP address ?
how can i view the QoS that is set for that network ?
one weird thing is that i’m sure the internet doesn’t cut off, because i’d be connected with the user remotely via Teamviewer and i can see Teams dropping the call for a few seconds and coming back and it doesn’t kick me off.
