but… where in the routeros can i check that?
inside system health, exist the information about the fan mode(auto-manual); use fan(main-auxiliary) Active fan (no information); voltage, but it’s the monitor voltage =S ? say 22.2v

If your board is fully functional, why change the power supply?
The RB433’s in my experience should be run at a higher voltage, this is because what you really need is watts into the device, as watts are a factor of volts multiplied by amps, a 12v 1a power supply is half the power of a 24v 1a power supply. My current RB433AH is being run on an old laptop power supply giving a DC of 18v 4.9a. Also you get voltage drop when you start running the cables. I brought a 24v 2a poe injector and the voltage drop was so significant that 24v became around 18v (24v x 2a = 48w, 18v x 2a = 36w) and I kept getting power problems. Ran the system overnight and the POE was dead by the morning.
But if your not having power problems why change the power supply?

really i have problem with the power transmition, i have 15dbi omni, with cable lmr400 and Cable MMCX-N, but the max distance are 200mts, in the client show reciving 17dbi (in her computer), its so slow, i have a MiniPCI Valemount KXS30SG. I put in Tx Power card rates 29. Band 2.4Ghz-BAntenna Gain 15 - Country Peru - Frequency Mode Manual txpower. Preamble Mode both (long & short). Data Rate Default - Adaptive Nouse Immunity ap and client mode. But i dont now what to do and what to thing… the max distance is 200mts, 400mts dont exist signal @_@

I use that Valemount radio as well. I’m assuming here that the radio is plugged in via the MMCX cable (the big one). For some reason the ports are mislabeled. In winbox try switching (under the wireless page on the radio) the antenna mode to antenna b.

well i cathed =P, then you think, the problem could be the conector (MMCX to N) the little to big.
this is my conection.
[ MMCX to N-female] + [lmr400 willson N-male to N-male] + [N-female, omni 15dbi]
using “antenna b” i will use other port in the Valemount =S ? i need change the plug??
what is the correect instalation with the valemount radio?
kind of conector, tipe of cable, etc…

Yes I have several very similar setups, though I do not use the UAH, just 433 with or without AH.
The problem with the valemount radios is this, they have 2 connectors, MMCX and ufl. On the physical card you will see that printed on the board by the MMCX is the word ‘main’ and by the ufl ‘aux’. This is WRONG. Using MT, antenna A is linked to the ufl connector, antenna b is linked to the mmcx connector.
antenna mode = antenna a = ufl connector.
antenna mode = antenna b = mmcx connector.

Yes, the MMCX connecter is better.
Omni with nfemale → n-male to n-male → n-female pigtail to MMCX → MMCX connector on radio → Winbox antenna mode → B.
This will give you the best results. Hope that really helps.

I used those numbers in the example because they were from a real setup using a 12v deep cycle battery and a solar panel. You are good at 22v. I hope you find my script as useful as I do!
well, i changed the mode a to b, inside anntena mode. i dont have conetion yet, the real out power (Transmition power)is low. the signal disapear over 300mts. i dont know what to do. i put the power directly in the jack power (no use POE).
the monitor voltage show now 23.3 V
what do you think?
my omni 15dbi its OK with the cables.
i have a AP TP-LINK that establish conection max 500mts. but when i connect the RB, over 300ms the signal disapear.

really, i dont know. i will call to the store where i buy the MK-valemount, all the equip. may be that the valemount have a problem?
Is the antenna an a-mode (5.8GHz) or b-mode (2.4GHz)? If you are just changing modes, the output power will suffer when the antenna is fed the wrong frequency.
ADD: Appears your problem is not power related.
well, in the datasheet the valemount (KXS30SG) isnt 5.8Ghz. but i trie in mode a and mode b, and the result are the same, im thinking that the card have problem. i will notice to the vendor (here official reseller is COMUTEL).

You may be correct about the wireless card. I don’t know what that specific card will do if you select the incorrect frequency range. I use the R52 cards for a-mode. They have all performed well for over a year.

well i checked the ports in my card, and the main (MMCX), aux (UFL). Mode a or b the signal is too weak.

You can look up the manufacturer by mac address or vendor here:

The vendor code for Valemount is 00:19:5F (the first numbers of the mac address)
You might be able to Google the vendor and get each model with the full mac address.
