1st How can i monitor the user’s internet activity, i mean if any time in the day my network is bandwidth choked due to over downloading, then how can i view that which user is getting more internet speed? and what is he downloading and which websites he has browsed. so that i can reserve user’s activity to maintain the internet usage.i do not want to use web proxy, and my 2nd question is that how to make automatic/Manual browsed websites log by the users by IP address.
all the guidance will be appreciating.

When you do not want to use a proxy, it is not possible to know what websites are being visited.
When you want to know bandwidth by user, it depends on how your users are connected, and what
kind of automation level you are expecting. You can start by looking at interface stats and torch screen.
