I currently have Zabbix monitoring our network and would like to ask can anyone offer advice on how I could have winbox integrated on Zabbix!
Can you run windows commands from within Zabbix? In which case Winbox supports passing the following parameters.
Try this in a run prompt:
C:\winbox.exe IPAddress User Password
(Above assumes you have winbox.exe in the root of your C: drive)
All options are required to initialize the session without any intermediary steps, however you can just set the IP address (and user if you want) to get a Winbox connection window with the IP pre-filled.
