Monitoring my network

Hi all,
I wish to know if I can monitor my network with The Dude from outside?For an example if I’m in another city.Thank you for the help.

There is a Web Server built in someplace. I use remote desktop back to my PC on WinXP personally.

Yes for that you need check enable web access in server configuration.
