move IP address from one location to another

Hi,
I’ve a question, according to my knowledge it shouldn’t be possible; however I would like to ask in case there’s another way to do it that I haven’t thought.

I’ve a 10Mbps fiber connection with fixed public IP addresses in one office and I would like to assign some of those addresses to another router in other place, using a cable modem link 40Mbps. So, I know I can use a VPN connection, but the issue is that I’ve to move ALL the traffic through the fiber connection and that’s not the idea, cause the fiber link is slower than the fiber one. So, that’s my question, is there any way to assign a public IP address (fiber link pool) to the other router, but route all the traffic through the Cable ISP network?

Thanks

you should talk to ISP instead of the mikrotik and make sure you own own AS number…
