I currently have a MikroTik - CRS125-24G-1S-RM… Now I am want to upgrade to the new versions… Layer 3 Routing (SwOS). No need for Router OS. Must have LACP.
PoE is not a must but would be nice.
What would you recommend me?

Your best bet is to make friends with somebody from the US that is at MUM in Germany to try and see if they can pick one up there and bring it back LOL
