Moving to cloud with same local IP

Hi guys, I’m planning to move some of my servers to an hosted solution where I’ll be able to virtualize Mikrotik and create a tunnel between the cloud and my local network. The server I’m planning to move is an Exchange server and I want if it’s possible to keep the same IP, do you think it’s possible to route all traffic for these IP to the cloud ?

Exemple:
Lan: 192.168.1.0/24
Exchange serveur 192.168.1.100
Mikrotik Local to Mikrotik Cloud is from public access.
