MPLS TE

So, when setting up MPLS TE tunnels from one router to the next, if I statically configure the bandwidth (no auto), and the destinations all exist on the endpoints, things seem to operate a-ok. Once I try to configure auto-bandwidth, I start to see packets leaking out in upstream routers, meaning they are no longer encapsulated in an LSP. Also, if the destinations are known via a PE-CE relationship (router connected to the LSP egress via BGP), I see issues there.

Any solid best practice on setting up auto-bandwidth, and can anyone confirm they have LSP’s operating picking up PE-CE relationships and passing them along?

Thanks.
