does MPLS-TE works for v7?
What i’ve noticed that tunnel1_( /mpls/traffic-eng/tunnel)_ does not appear on ip/address, so am not able to assign an ip-address.
im wondering , how that works
TE is not an interface that you can use for forwarding manually.
TE tunnel is used automatically, for example, on VPLS when src/dst addresses of the vpls tunnel match te tunnel ones.

No, it is not 7.17 related at all.
Its a winbox issue, currently use CLI to add path.
