MSN messenger in HotSpot Mikrotik 2.8.12 not working

I have install a HotSpot in ver. 2.8.12 the web pages funtion fine, but the MSN messenger not work.

You should post some more information on your setup/configuration. For example, do you use real IP, NAT, universal client with hotspot?
I think universal client mode will break some protocols (this is mentioned in the manual) - I could image MSN Messenger is among those (although I’m not sure).

Maybe you need UPnP for MSN to work properly?

I have the same problem, i fix this setting “proxy-arp” to the bridge interface, my config. is hotspot assign publics IPs to customers…
