Yes, you can.
You would need to find out what ports that MSN Messenger works on. Then you can use queues to prioritize all traffic, and give the MSNM queue a higher priority (lower number) than the other traffic.
well i would be thankfull if the configuration could be posted cause i am new to this. also i am limiting my costumers using pcq can this be done along with the pcq limits. thanks in advance.
