i use pcc and i has 3 link (DSL) who to specific msn to use 3rd upstream
since we cam mark connection i sure that we are able the specific way for each application
when i fin the answer i will post it
i will spend my time ask question and find no answer
use mangle to mark traffic(set up routing-mark) you want and then route that traffic as you want.
