msn & yahoo messenger disconnecting

i use mikrotik os v2.9.27 L3
i setup the router basicly and have a problem

every 5 min or somtimes the messengers (yahoo & msn) :angry:
i tried a lot of solutions but nothing it still disconnecting

i read a lot of faq and tried a lot of rouls but nothing


plz hlp :bulb:
