Hello,
to find the problem in my network, i connected two Switches via one Port. I use MSTP.
One switch has an priority of 0x8000 the other of 0xf000.
For the dynamic created MSTI 0 the root-bridge is correctly found on the uplink port (green marking in screenshot)
But for the created MSTI with ID 2 and VLAN 12 the root-bridge is not detected (yellow marking in screenshot)

And since the dynamic created are working, region-setting should be ok.
The uplink-ports are tagged in vlan 1 and 12 and allow only tagged frames.
What am i doing wrong?
