MT Box transparent bridge + pppoe server + Nat

I currently have a transparent bridge doing QOS for some customers. I would like to implement pppoe to some broadband customers and Nat if is possible. But I have questions regarding on the requisites of the MT Box. My MT box has only two ethernet interfaces, one goes to the customers switch and the other goes to our core router. I would like to know if this is possible:

Can I have my MT as a transparent bridge + pppoe server + Nat with only two ethernet interfaces? or do I have to add ethernet Interfaces?

sure you can! Drop it on and run. Run bridged and PPPoE at the same time! nothing wrong with that.

With only two ethernet cards or do I need to add a third one to put an Ip there?

Two will work.
