MT Cloud not connecting

Hello
I have one small problem with my cloud.
I changed my isp router and i cant connect with cloud to my device. Before i change isp router everything work fine.
My steps with new isp router

  1. I have open DMZ from isp router and i have put the correct ip from my mikrotik
  2. Ips Router work to a different Nat 192.168.3.1
  3. i have close the firewall from isp
  4. From my mikrotik i have enable my cloud ip->cloud
  5. i have give from scheduler to run cloud update every 5 minutes
    I do not know what other can i do to have again access to my mikrotik from outside

Make sure you have a good DNS.
/IP DNS servers
