After login in hotspot page, browser hangs on " connecting to “ip address of hotspot” in status bar and staying on login page (Actually customers is log in but not redirecting to status page, which is very frustrating for customers)
After press F5 or refresh in browser it redirect to status page (which is ok,customers have internet)What happen?
All html have refresh line in their code (first line)
Any solution for that?
Have you made any modifications to the hotspot html that could be attributed to the login not working?
Eg: if you reset the html and try logging in with a username and password does it do the same thing or does it go straight through.
If it sits there with the default html then it sounds like theres a config problem on your device somewhere
If it goest straight through with the default html then it sounds like the problem is in your hotspot html somewhere.

user can logged in, but nothing happen after that
he/she must type web site in address bar or if they have home page must press F5 for refresh.

Then radius would be the place to start.
/system logging
add topics=radius,debug action=memory
Then watch the log in the router to see what the radius server is returning to the clients when they try a login.
