MT in Virtual Server Environment

I have trouble in installing ROS > 3.4 (tested on 3.5 and 3.6) on My Virtual Server.
The boot loader is stops to respond.
When I use NetInstall 3.1 - I can install MT OS, but on booot proceess - until init loader boots, I have a hang up.
Is there a feature of ROS > 3.4 or a bug ?
P.S.
I’m usng ROS on MS Virtual Server for testing purposes only.
And I am obliged to do this only, cause Scripting is changed from ROS 2.9.x to 3.x globally (For Me).

P.S.
I bought RB150 only for 3 ISP’s support for my Boss, and my scripting, were Tested on My 2.9.50 box is not functional on ROS 3.x …

Try v3.3 or 3.6 .. 3.4 - 3.5 have known issues with x86 installs

Hi,

I have ros2.9.x running on VMWareServer (free version) since a year without a single
problem. Even trunking works. Machine is a P4/2,8.

Stefan

I have installed in virtual environments using the ISO download.

AMD64 and Xen/linux used here.

Not an issue of if it works or not, totally an issue of the version he is trying to install. 3.4 and 3.5 both had x86 installation issues. 3.6 does some strange things when you install a license still.
