Hi all.
I have a slight problem(again…). We had a motherboard failure on our main server. It was a MSI motherboard and it has now been replaced with a genuine Intel motherboard. Before I swapped the motherboard, I made sure that it should work by checking the forum for other related occurrences. There was said that MT should boot fine. Well guess what… it didn’t. The server boots fine and everything and then it gets stuck here:
Loading system with initrd
Uncompressing Linux... Ok, booting the kernel.
Any ideas? I am afraid to re-install, because of the last time when it lost the license key after I said keep old configuration. Someone was bright enough not to put the back-up scheduler on there, so now I don’t have a back-up. It’s not necessary because we haven’t made it live yet, so we can easily reconfigure it.
I just want to know for a fact that if I re-install that it won’t chuck away the license key again.
