I am looking for a technology that is available on Cisco router which works just like MT PCQ. is there any PCQ equivalent technology on Cisco routers?
if not, how to implement the same functionality?
if yes, what is the name of that technology?

What are you looking for? Do you want just to shape traffic? Or do you need exactly the same method in cisco?
If traffic shaping is what you need - look at service policy.

PCQ is not just shaping, it is a very useful method of shaping, when you have the ability to shape based on the connection you then have unlimited capabilities that resolute your router a professional bandwidth manager.
PCQ = Per-Connection Classifier, creates queues dynamically on the fly while putting them under a common mother queue, which gives you the ability to classify and shape at the same time without the overload of policies.
I would be very happy to continue using MT but we have reached a level of load where MT cant quite handle anymore.
Anyone whom has any idea?

PCQ = Per connection Queuing
PCC = Per connection Classifier
Dont mix them 
And about load, you can simly switch to a x86 solution…
You can get all the resources you need.
