MT radio do not appear in neigbhor viewer

i ve a radio that powers, but it doesnt appear at all in neigbhor viewer neither can i use winbox to enter it even when the NIC card on my laptop shows that is connected. i actually do not have console cable now

pls i will like to understand what going on

Some Atheros chipset wireless cards can cause problems, I had some Senao 8602 cards that kept crashing RouterOS.

Try removing the wireless card to see if you can then connect via Ethernet.
