I use the MT-syslog track record,but the log only record around 14Mb,how to set it?

that’s a very old program, try to google for any other kind of syslog program - they all will work with RouterOS logs. Try this for instance: http://www.kiwisyslog.com/kiwi-syslog-daemon-overview/
