Do you Think That MT User Manager credit management system is not flexible and need to be improved?
- Yes - Major Improvement!
- Yes - But not that serious

This subject is very important, for me at least and for those who is using MT User Manager.
First of all, i would like to say that i am using this tool since one month so far, UM is a grate tool to be used and it makes users management a joy.
But, and within this month of usage i have seen many gaps in the system, such as credit management flexibility, Reports, Multi Costumers Management.
let me till you about small example, lets assume that you want to extend subscription period for a user for extra 6 month, and by mistake you added this extended time to another user! of course there is a feature called “Remove Last Credit” but guess what! since this new period is a extended time you can not remove it any more because it is related to the previous full time and if you tried to remove it the system will tell you “Credit Already in use” so what you have to do it to remove the user and start calculating his accounting balance and calculate his used time and uptime so you can add him again! Does that sound scene to you?
