I am not aware of any MTCRE Book…
Personally I used the detailed Training Outline
in combination with the RouterOS Documentation to learn and prepare for the MTCRE
Alternatively, you can maybe contact a local Mikrotik Trainer / Training-Center
Some create their own Documentation and Labs for the MTCRE-Course.
With some luck, you can buy a Copy from them.
