MTU Optimazation in Mikrotik

Hello,
i need to calculate mtu 100% correct for my network below:

I have 2 mikrotik CCR 1036, Site A PPPOE Server And Remote Site B it Just a acting as Switch receiving vlans from pppoe server only,

i connected the two site A and B via EOIP Tunnel,

Now in Site A ( PPPOE Server ) i have Vlan 6 with pppoe service sent to the site B by setting the vlan interface is the Eoip Tunnel,
now in Site B we recived the vlan 6 from the Eoip Tunnel and i Bridged the vlan with ether3 to sent the final destination end user.
the question is how to set the correct MTU site ! does i change the mtu for the tunnel? or mtu for the pppoe service ? and which MTU is correct ?

You cannot set MTU on EoIP interface! So I will suggest you to go on ROS V7 and user VxLAN tunnel. And make 2nd CCR1036 as BRAS and use L3 to send traffic to 1st CCR

Where did you get that ?
It is even advised to set it to 1500.
