Multi-cpu and ethernet (x86)

Hello,
I have problem with setting multi-cpu to yes. When we enable multi-cpu then Ethernet interfaces (82541GI Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev: 0)) does not work, strange its detect all status (cable plugged and unplugged), but cannot reach network devices (does not ping, arp tables is empty), when we in bios disable APIC then interfaces start to work, but sadly miktorik detect only one CPU. My motherboard is Supermicro http://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/Xeon800/E7320/X6DVA-4G.cfm
Maybe someone have same problem, and workaround?

Thanks

I ran its predisessor with RouterOS…

When connected to a Cisco switch (It is a Quest metro Fiber WAN handoff) I was getting tons of recieve errors..

I replaced the unit with a RB450.. All is well..
