Multi wan expert help needed

hello, we are doing an implementation and havining a lot of trouble here is the case:
3 dsl conecctions ( 1 pppoe 2 statics )

The goal of the implmentation is:

The PPPoE dsl for general navigation on lan 192.168.1.0/24
One Static dsl 200.40.xxx.xxx to host a web server in 192.168.44.249
The last Static dsl 200.40.xxx.xxx for making l2tp with other MK that are installed in other offices, We will use Terminal service by the tunnels so the l2tp must go in the 192.168.1.0/24 net

We have read all the manual and almost all the forum topics and still not having success yet.

Please need urgent a hand to make this possible

What you are trying to do sounds completely fine. Could you paste your routing table. There are many ways to tackle this problem. If I was setting this up I would simply create routes between the different networks.
There is a fairly good routing example in the MK documentation for VPN connectivity. Break the problem down into 3 points, like a triangle, and think of each route necessary for the points to connect to the other points.
