we have iptv(IGMP) in our netvork, but it dont works on mikrotik routerboards o.s ver.3.24

We had a simliar issue with a radio repeater to IP to radio repeater application that is using multicast.
You need to load the multicast package and then setup the IGMP Proxy under Routing → IGMP Proxy → Interface
