I need multicast to stream music form my server towards my PC-LAN and Guest Network. To get that working you need applications like PIM and/or IGMP-proxy. So I installed the multicast package.
Than I opend routing/pim to define the configuration. First thing there to define the involved interfaces …
Up to my surprise 
, the only interfaces I could select in the menu, where the physical interfaces. However networks are build using VLAN’s in the majority of situations, so that does not work, I think! 
So, the big question is, how to setup multicast in a VLAN-oriented network ???
Is it possible at all using actual routeros multicast package !!??
