Multicast routing issue - sender is not a PIM-neighbor router

Hello everyone
Does anyone know what this message means, specifically?

I think the Hello packets stop getting to the PIM router and the PIM router declares the neighbor down. But I want to know why that happens. Since the multicast trunk to the other PIM router does not stop Tx or RX multicast traffic.
