Multigateway and continuous disconnections Winbox

Hi guys,
i have 50 client connected with pppoe and two adsl in load balance with ip static.

Whenever i try to connected on external with winbox, continuos disconnections winbox, but in local interface nothing problem.

Why?

I should enable a specific rule ?

I think you have to mark your incomming packets and mark routing. If you do this, your packets will enter and return using the same ADSL.
