How can i set up two internet lines from different ISP to the same router. One is with PPPoE (ADSL) and the other with static IP, and they have different DNS.
I go localy with PPPoE and DHCP server.
Any help will be aprechiated.

You set them up the same way you would if there wasn’t a second connection. You can then use various load balancing schemes to use both lines at the same time. The best method is usually PCC, you can search for that on the wiki. It contains a detailed example.
