Multiple Devices each with its own public ip

Good day all

I please need some assistance.

Here what i have currently
1 x physical server hosting multiple VMs
1 x VM for Mikrotik CHR (internal vm network gateway)
4 x 3CX VMs
1 x App VM
I have obtained 5 public IP addresses one of which is assigned to the mikrotik’s WAN interface allows for internet breakout for all the VMs behind the mikrotik with one public ip for breakout.

My requirement
I need to assign a static public ip for each of these VMs (Mikrotik already has one) for internet breakout with each VM using each own respective public IP.
I need all traffic going out of each VM to breakout on its own respective public ip and all incoming traffic to that respective public ip to be forwarded to the respective VM.

How will i be able to achieve this? I am a bit of a newbie to mikrotik but have extensive experience with Sophos firewall products

As you say you’ve got 5 public IPs, I assume you’ve actually got a /29 (255.255.255.248) public subnet, and one of the 6 host addresses in it is assigned to the remote router, so 5 are left for you, can you confirm?

If so, is the goal to push all the traffic to/from those four other VMs through the Mikrotik, for firewalling and/or traffic shaping purporses? Assuming that, do the VMs need to have the public IPs directly on themselves or is it fine if they get private ones and the Mikrotik will take care of port forwarding?
