I dont seem to be able to get multiple email alerts for a device that is down.
I need to be able to get an email alert say every 5 minutes when a particular device is down, yet only one notification when the device comes up.
I have a setup 2 notifications, one that checks of the device being up with 0 repeat interval and count. another notification is setup for down status with 5 minute repeat interval and repeat count 100. however I only ever get 1 down notification.
Strangley however, if I set the up notification with a 5 minute repeat interval and count 100, I continually receive an up notificaion email every 5 minutes.
Any suggestions on how can I make this work for the down notification?
