Multiple EoIP\IPsec tunnels

Hi,
I have configured several EoIP\IPsec tunnels between two routers.
All the tunnels are working and traffic is passing.
But embarrassing as they appear in IPsec\Policies and IPsec\Peers (see attached files).
Why three polieces have the State - empty? But at the same time they pass a traffic.
Is it normal?

I suspect this is normal behaviour. All four IPSec policies use the same-endpoint, so it is only necessary to have one of the policies active. Since they are created dynamically I think MikroTik creates the policy for every EoIP interface you create.
